The Staff is amazing - warm and wlecoming The Concierge Mr Sitraka is the most helpful person you can have the pleasure to meet The Dinner an- La Carte Menu is 2nd to none - we live in Radissons and this hotel surpasses all of them on the menu selection

All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel.
